Ingredients For CRISPY PRAWN STUFFED PAPAD RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. In a non stick pan, add oil and sauté onion, green chilies.
  • 2. Add ginger garlic paste & saute for a minute
  • 3. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, tomato ketchup & mix well. cook for 1-2 minute.
  • 4. Add chopped prawns little water & cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Add lemon juice, chopped coriander and mix well.
  • 6. Allow this mixture to cool
  • 7. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai
  • 8. Soak papad in a warm water for 30-40 seconds.
  • 9. Place a portion of the prawn mixture in the centre & roll into a cylinder.
  • 10. Deep fry the papad cylinders In hot oil till crisp & golden.
  • 11. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
