Ingredients For Crispy Sabudana Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Roast the Sabudana for 2-3 minutes, In a mixer, add potato, sago and water as needed.
  • 2. In a bowl , mix sago paste and add curd, green chilli, ginger, salt, black pepper, coriander powder and water as needed.
  • 3. Heat a non-stick dosa tava or skillet and grease it with a little ghee or oil. Pour a ladleful of the sabudana dosa batter onto the hot tava and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. Drizzle some more ghee or oil around the edges of the dosa. Cook the dosa on medium heat until it turns crisp and golden brown on both sides. Once the dosa is cooked, remove it from the tava and serve hot
