Ingredients For CUCUMBER KACHORI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl combine all purpose flour,salt,onion seeds,carom seeds and clarified butter,with the help of little water make a soft doug. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Wash and grate cucumber and squeeze it.
  • 3. Now add all stuffing ingredients except salt and mix well.
  • 4. Divide the dough into balls, add the salt in the cucumber stuffing and stuff the ball and roll out kachori.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachori until brown and crispy.
  • 6. Serve hot with aloo tamator ki subji.
