Soak quinoa in water for 30 minPressure cook the quinoa by adding double the amount of water on slow flame till they are soft.

Churn curd with whisker.

Heat oil in a pan..add cumin and mustard seeds ,once they crackle,add semi crushed red chilli and finely chopped coriander ..Add 1 tsp water and mix well
4.
Now mix the boiled quinoa,tempering and curd and reasy to serve curd quinoa.
