Ingredients For Curd Quinoa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak quinoa in water for 30 minPressure cook the quinoa by adding double the amount of water on slow flame till they are soft.
  • 2. Churn curd with whisker.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan..add cumin and mustard seeds ,once they crackle,add semi crushed red chilli and finely chopped coriander ..Add 1 tsp water and mix well
  • 4. Now mix the boiled quinoa,tempering and curd and reasy to serve curd quinoa.
