Ingredients For dahi ke kabab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make hung curd by pacing a muslin cloth over sieve. pour curd and bring together edges of cloth
  • 2. Drain up excess whey from curd
  • 3. Refrigerate for 40 min. the whey drips and collected in bowl.
  • 4. Crumble paneer and mix it in abowl along with hung curd
  • 5. and all other ingredients written above
  • 6. mix well to make a dough
  • 7. divide the dough in equal sized balls . Flatten them
  • 8. then roll in bread crumbs and remove excess
  • 9. heat the oil
  • 10. when oil is just hot enough slide the kabab one after the other
  • 11. now fry on medium flame till the side gets golden brown
  • 12. fry all kababs till crispy and golden brown
  • 13. serve them with green chutney
