Ingredients For Dahi Poori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add curd and sugar mix it well. Cut boiled potatoes in small pieces.
  • 2. Take a plate add chat masala, salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder make a masala mixture.
  • 3. In a serving plate , arrange 5-6 golgappe puri. Make hole in all golgappa.
  • 4. Stuff potatoes in it. Add whisked curd on top. Sprinkle some chat masala mixture.Add onions over it. Top the stuffed puris up with both the chutney .
  • 5. If making for kids just add sweet chutney.Add the sev on top , garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle some more dry masala.
