Ingredients For Dahi wale Soyabeans Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak soyabeans in hot water. Squeeze all the water.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds , when it starts crackle add chopped onion. Saute it.
  • 3. Add chopped tomato and all the spices. Roast it . Add soya beans . Mix it well.
  • 4. Whisk the curd. Add it in the curry. Stir continuesly. Cook on low heat. Give it 2-3 boil. Add water to adjust consistency. Turn off the flame .
  • 5. Mix chopped coriander leaves.
