Methods

How to make Dal Makhani with Butter Naan Recipe

1. First soak dal in water for minimum 3 hrs and then after 3 hrs boil.
2. Take a pan add ghee cumin seeds, and ginger garlic paste and cook for sometime.
3. Then add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add masalas and keep cooking.
5. Then add boiled dal.
6. And cook for 1 hr till dal becomes thick, then add cream, butter and coriander leaves.
