Ingredients For Double Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl. Put besan in it.
  • 2. Now add beaten, curd and oil (one tablespoon)into it. Mix it well.
  • 3. Then add green chili and ginger paste. Salt to taste and sugar.
  • 4. Now mix it, divide this into 2 portion. In one portion, add spinach paste.
  • 5. Now in both portion bowls , add 1/2 teaspoon of fruit salt.
  • 6. Mow take a steamer, grease the plate. First put the regular batter .
  • 7. Steam this for 3 to 4 minutes, now take out and pour the green bater over it.
  • 8. Steam untill done. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and slit green chili.
  • 9. Let it flutter and pour this on double layered dhokla.
  • 10. Cool and cut into slices, garnish this with fresh grated coconut fresh coriander leaves. Serve with chutney.
