Recipe Notes

If you do not want to thicken the milk, then mix 1/ cup milk powder and 1 cup milk and make a dough , it will taste the same. You can also make it with only maida, if you do not want to use atta.You can also use tooty fruity instead of dry fruits

Methods
  • 1. boil the milk till it thickens and the milk is reduced to less than half
  • 2. Now add sugar nd mix well and keep aside let it cool
  • 3. Now take a bowl nd sieve Maida nd wheat flour
  • 4. Add salt ,baking powder ,and cardamom powder mix well
  • 5. Now add ghee / butter and mix it with your hands very well
  • 6. Add thicken milk mixture and make a soft dough cover and keep aside for 10 min.
  • 7. Now take a little mixture from it and roll it. Cut the shape with a cutter or a katori .
  • 8. Now after the cookies are ready, apply rose water on it.
  • 9. Now put dry fruit on it and press lightly
  • 10. 160° preheat oven for 10 min. Now place cookies tray Turn on both the rods and bake for 15 min.
  • 11. After 15 to 20 min let it cool down completely and store in airtight container
