Ingredients For Egg and Red Lentil Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash Red Lentil thrice.Soak for an hour. Now grind. Now add two egg, finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leaves ,finely chopped green chillies, salt to test and 1 teaspoon garam masala powder. Mix well.Now take a frying pan.Add 2table spoons oil.Heat oil on low flame
  • 2. Now add the mixture and spread gently. Cover with a lid . Cook on low-medium flame for5 minutes. Now Flip over and press gently.Now remove to a plate and cut into pieces.
  • 3. Now take two potato cut into medium pieces.Now take a pan add 1table spoon oil.Heat the oil on medium flame. Now add the potatoes, add salt to test and pinch of turmeric. Now fry the potatoes till golden brown .
  • 4. Take out the potatoes. Now add one table spoon oil Heat the oil on medium heat. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf And finely chopped onion.Fry it. Now add ginger garlic paste fry it. Add cumin powder and coriander powder add chopped tomatoes. Add turmeric powder and salt. Add red chilli powder
  • 5. Add 1/2 table spoon water ,mix well. Now fry the spices. for few minutes on medium flame.Add 1.5 cup hot water.Now
  • 6. Bring to boil then add the fried potatoes.Cook for 2-3 minutes then add the fried pieces of egg-lentil .Now cover on medium flame for 10 minutes.Add garam masala powder And chopped coriander leaves.Keep aside for five minutes.After 5 minutes It is ready to serve
