Ingredients For Egg wrapped Diwani potato Recipe

Methods
  • 1. boil the potatoes and cut one potato in square size and just ghee roast them and keep aside.
  • 2. For stuffing, mash one potato. add oil, jeera , chopped onion in a pan.
  • 3. then add mashed potatoes, grated carrot, beetroot, chopped capsicum and scrambled paneer and saute for few minutes.
  • 4. fill this stuffing in between two square size potato and keep aside.
  • 5. prepare a small omlette in a pan and keep the stuffed potato in between the omlette and wrap it. Tie with lemon grass.
  • 6. in a pan, prepare the gravy by adding oil, charmagaz and kaju paste.
  • 7. add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder and add water, simmer for few minutes.
  • 8. add the egg wrapped potato in the gravy.
  • 9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
