Ingredients For Eggless swiss rolls Coconut Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. How to prepare cake-firstly, in large mixing bowl take butter and sugar, beat well until the butter and sugar mixture turns creamy. Now add coconut milk, buttermilk and vanilla extract.beat until everything is combined well.
  • 2. Place a sieve and add maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt. sieve the flour making sure there are no lumps.mix well using cut and fold method.
  • 3. Pat twice to remove the air incorporated into the batter. Place the cake tray into the preheated oven, bake the cake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
  • 4. Cake is ready.
  • 5. How to prepare swiss rolls- Take the Marie gold biscuits and cut into small pieces.In the mixture grinder make a fine powder.
  • 6. Take a bowl and add the dry coconut powder and powdered sugar. Mix both the ingredients well.
  • 7. By adding the Amul mithaimate condensed milk knead the dough.The coconut dough is ready.
  • 8. Take another bowl add the Marie Gold biscuit powder. Now add the cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, powdered sugar and mix well all the ingredients. By adding the Amul milkmaid knead the dough.
  • 9. Take a rectangle plastic bag or Ziploc bag and place the coconut dough inside it. Then fold the open end downwards or lock it and roll the dough from all sides while filling the gap. Same way roll the chocolate dough. Now with the help of scissors cut the plastic cover from the middle this way the cover will open completely. Do this from both the dough.
  • 10. Now slowly place the coconut rolled dough on top of the chocolate rolled dough. Remove the plastic and roll it slowly making cylindrical structure.
  • 11. Refrigerate these rolls for 1 hour. Cut the frozen roll into 1 inch thick pieces and keep aside.
  • 12. Now for frosting cake and decorate-spread the whipped cream over sides making sure its uniformly spread.decorate it with choco coco swiss rolls and sprinkles.
  • 13. As shown in pic above. Eggless swiss rolls coconut cake is ready to serve.
