Ingredients For Farali Aloo shaak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan roast 4 tbsp oil. Once it gets heated add curry leaves, mustard, jeera to it.
  • 2. Once it splutters add 4 tbsp of moriya atta also known as barnyard Millet.
  • 3. Roast it until aroma comes out and it gives a good brown colour. Now add the dices of boiled potato.
  • 4. Add 1.5 cups of water and mix well. Add salt according to taste. Let the liquid thicken and come to a boil.
  • 5. Add coriander (optional). I have served it with moriya atta ka roti.
