1.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker on medium flame. Add dalia and roast for 2-3 minutes until the nutty aroma of grains are released.

Add milk and Cover the lid. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.

Let the steam release naturally from the pressure cooker. Add suger and cardamom powder and gently mix the dalia Using a ladle.
4.
Remove from heat and keep it in a bowl. Keep it in a fridge for cool down.
5.
After cool down a little bit serve in a bowl or glass. First add chilled dalia, then add some rose syrup, then add some chopped mango and lastly garnish with some chopped nuts.
