Methods
  • 1. Mix flour,ghee and 100 ml water and make a lump free paste using palms & beat it with hands for 10 minutes.
  • 2. To make sugar syrup add sugar and 50 ml water to a pan and keep on gas stove. Stir continuously to make one string sugar syrup.
  • 3. Take a heavy bottom pan and add our flour ,water,ghee mixture in it. Put on flame and stir continuously till it turns brown and release ghee.
  • 4. Now add khoya or mawa and again stir it till the mawa is perfectly roasted. Add cashewnuts and rose petals. Let it cool down.
  • 5. When the mixture is slightly warm then add sugar syrup into it. Sugar syrup should be cool completely.
  • 6. Leave the mixture for atleast 3-4 hours or over night then make laddus.
  • 7. Enjoy this authentic sweet dish.
