Ingredients For Gajar halwa Rasmalai truffle recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, take a heavy bottom kadai.
  • 2. Add ghee and heat, put grated carrots and stir till it's water dries.
  • 3. Then add condensed milk, elachi powder and mix it well, till the halwa becomes thick.
  • 4. Gajar halwa is ready.
  • 5. For rasmalai, mash chenna properly.
  • 6. Make small flat balls and prepare the sugar syrup, by adding just double the water to the sugar.
  • 7. Once thin sugar syrup gets ready, add this chenna flat balls and boil till it becomes double the size.
  • 8. Now thicken the milk by adding corn flour. Add sugar( 4 to 5 tablespoon), yellow food colour.
  • 9. Add this chenna balls and put the rasmalai for sometime.
  • 10. Now take a plate , first of all add the milk( of rasmalai), then put the gajar halwa and then put the sliced chena balls over it.
  • 11. Also add almond and kaju over it and serve.
