All the ingredients is to be at room temperature.Pre heating of oven is must.Don't put much suji than the cake becomes hard after cool down

Methods
  • 1. For making mawa mix dairy whitener, ghee and water and stair it well till get solidify. After that cool down and crumbs it.
  • 2. Add baking powder and baking soda to curd and keep aside till it becomes little bit frothy. For 5-10 min.
  • 3. Add sugar powder to the ghee(room temp) and whisk it till it's become cream like consistency.
  • 4. Add cardamom powder to it and whisk it again add curd mix and whisk it again.
  • 5. Add mawa and whisk it very precisely to mix well
  • 6. Add suji and maida to the batter and mix it again, if batter became thik add 1/4th cup of Luke warm water
  • 7. Add all the nuts to the batter and mix it well
  • 8. Grease the baking try and transfer the batter
  • 9. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 45 min till the crust becomes brown. (Preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius)
  • 10. After it's done take out and up side down the cake in grill rack and cover it with wet towel.
  • 11. After cool down dust sugar powder in it and enjoy it with your tea.
