Glass Noodles Recipe

It's a normal veg noodles but I wanted to serve it some interesting way.Kids loves it a lot.

Ingredients For Glass Noodles Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a rough of all purpose flour,rice flour, a tsp of oil, salt & required hot water.Cover it & keep rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat 1tsp oil,add chopped garlic & onion.Saute it for few minutes.
  • 3. Add chopped carrot, capsicum, spring onion & salt.
  • 4. Add all sauces & pepper powder.Cook it for few minutes.
  • 5. Now add boiled noodles & some sauces .Toss it well in high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 6. Noodles are ready .
  • 7. Now take small portion from dough ,roll it like roti with the help of roller pin .
  • 8. Take a small glass or bowl & wrap it with the thin roti .
  • 9. Heat enough oil in a pan & deep fry it in medium heat.
  • 10. Take out the glass with the help of a spoon.Fry inside portion also.
  • 11. When both side fried well take out the flour glass from oil.
  • 12. Just before serving put some noodles in flour glass, add some tomato chilli sauce & enjoy it.
