Ingredients For Goan Soya Keema Cafreal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan pour in some water, salt and put in over heat. When water comes to simmer add in the soya chunks and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • 2. When done drain the water and wash it with tap water.
  • 3. Squeeze the extra water from the soya chunks and let it cool completely.
  • 4. Mince it in the grinder.
  • 5. Now take a pan pour in the mustard oil followed by bay leaf, Black Pepper corns, Dry Red Chillies, Chopped Ginger, garlic cloves, chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves. Saute it well.
  • 6. Then add in Tasty Tales Chicken Cafreal paste adding some water and saute for another 5 minutes.
  • 7. Add in the minced soya and let it cook for around 10 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid burn, if needed add some water.
  • 8. Take it off the heat and serve with parantha naan or roti.
