Pressure cook the green gram in three cups of water for 2-3 whistles or till it gets cooked. Then put them in a pan and cook till all the water dries up. Take hot gram in a bowl, add onion, apple, green chili, coriander, black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder and lemon juice and mix well. Serve immediately.
