GREEN PALAK PANEER MIX VEG RECIPE

I have cooked this PALAK PANEER MIX VEG recipe not in a traditional way . I had done a twist in this recipe and I used casew nuts,, almonds and white teel,,which gives ań exceptional taste. I also used CLOVE burn in ghee which gives a beautiful SMOKING flavour in this recipe .

Ingredients For GREEN PALAK PANEER MIX VEG RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Make a paste of paneer mixing with green chilli in a grinder
  • 2. Make the dust powder of casew nuts and almonds and white til.
  • 3. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, and wash nicely.
  • 4. Heat the non stick pan and pour 5 spoons of ghee in it and add jeera seed and then add ginger paste in it.
  • 5. Pour all the cut vegetables into the pan and add turmeric powder and salt in it .
  • 6. Then stir it continuously and add sugar and paneer chilli paste.
  • 7. After 10 mins. add cashew nuts, almond, white til dust powder with it and add water.
  • 8. Cover it and allow it for boiling.
  • 9. After some time when it becomes thick gravy ,remove it from the gas.
  • 10. Now pour the Palak Paneer mix veg in a bowl and cover it.
  • 11. Now take the remaining 1 spoon ghee in a small earthen pot and add clove in it and burn it and immediately place it inside the bowl and cover it.
  • 12. This clove burn into ghee ......gives a beautiful ......FLAVOURFUL SMOKE ,,which mixes with Palak,, Paneer and vegetables.
  • 13. When you serve it, you just remove the earthen pot and enjoy the beautiful flavour and taste of the recipe .
