Hit 1tbsp oil in a fry pan, add ginger, garlic, onion one by one, stir well, add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, bean, coriander leaves, salt black pepper powder and stir constantly. After 3-4 minutes, add soya sauces and cornstarch, off the gas, add 2teaspoon butter. Mix it well. Filling is ready.

Boil the spinach for 2 to 3 minutes, drain out the water and make a paste of spinach. you will take flower (moida), add salt alittle bit of oil, spinach paste, mix li make a soft dough. Left it for at least 30 minutes.

Take small ball from the soft dough and shape it like roti and fIll it with prepared vegetable, shape it MOMO.

Brush the momo maker with oil , place all the momo in the steamers, steam it at least 15 minutes, then left it for 5 minutes. GREEN VEGETABLE MOMO IS ready.
