Ingredients For Grilled achari aloo recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and boil baby potatoes till just tender. Once cool peel them. Make a coarse paste of green chillies and ginger.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry asafoetida and sizzle cumin. Add chilli ginger paste and fry till raw smell of ginger goes.Turn off heat.
  • 3. Add potatoes and give a good mix. Add all spices and coat potatoes well.
  • 4. Insert these into a skewer sticks. Arrange on the grill.
  • 5. Bake at 220° C pre heated OTG for about 20 to 30 minute Or till you see brown spots here n there. Serve hot.
