Ingredients For Gulab jamun stuffed Carrot Sandesh recipe

Methods
  • 1. For gulab jamun, make a dough of paneer,50gm mawa, flour,1/2tspn cardamom powder & required hot milk.
  • 2. Boil sugar syrup with sugar & water.Make small balls from dough.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a kahdai & deep fry the gulab jamuns in low to medium flame till it turns golden brown.
  • 4. Take out from ghee & soak it in syrup for half an hour.
  • 5. Heat 2tspn ghee in another pan, add grated carrot & stir it constantly.
  • 6. Add mawa,cardamom powder & liquid jaggery.Carrot has it's own water ,so no need to add milk or water to boil.Just cover it & let it boil.
  • 7. When the mixture will start to leave the sides of the pan,switch off the flame.
  • 8. Now grease a square box with ghee or oil.Make a layer of carrot sandesh in it.
  • 9. Put some gulab jamuns in the centre line of the mixture.
  • 10. Cover it with carrot sandesh.
  • 11. Make it cool & keep it in freeze for 2 hours.
  • 12. After that take out from freeze ,unmould it & cut it into pieces.
  • 13. Celebrate your festival with this delicious sweet.
