Ingredients For Gulkand stuffed aam papad recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash, peel and chopped ripe mangoes in small pieces. Grind it in grinder and make puree.
  • 2. Heat a pan and add mango puree. Cook on medium flame. Stir continuously. Add sugar, cardamom powder, green food color and black salt and mix.
  • 3. When the mixture thickens and leaves the side of the pan remove from heat.
  • 4. Grease a plate with ghee and pour the Pulp on plate. Spread it evenly. Keep it under the sun light or under the fan for 1 day.
  • 5. When aam papad completely , cut it into triangle shape with the help of sharp knife. Make 4-5 triangle pieces.
  • 6. Keep some gulkand, Colourful saunf, some cherry in the middle of triangle pieces. Cover and make triangle shape pan gilori.
  • 7. Make all aam pan gilauri like this. Apply some silver bera. You can keep it in fridge. After dinner Or lunch serve as mouth freshner.
