Ingredients For Healthy & Tasty Jowar Uttapam Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak 1 cup urad dal for 2-3 hours.
  • 2. Take a mixer jar & blend soaked urad dal to a fine paste.
  • 3. In a seperate bowl mix 3 cups Jowar flour with 4-5 cups of water & mix well
  • 4. Add grinded urad dal paste to Jowar paste & mix well
  • 5. Ferment it for 7-8 hours
  • 6. In a mixing bowl add tomato,onion,green chilli, coriander leaves & salt to taste & then mix well
  • 7. Add fermented batter to a pan & don't spread thin.. then place prepared veggies mixture on it then cook for a minute covering with lid
  • 8. You can flip to second side or simply can serve
