Honey Chilli Potato is undoubtedly the most sought after Chinese dish. It is loved equally by children and adults. And you will love this recipe all the more as its not only guilt-free but is child-friendly too and still tastes superb. I have tried to make it healthy by avoiding deep frying and using an Air Fryer. I have included lots of veggies in it. The list of ingredients is slightly long but once you go through it you will find it pretty simple.
To make potato fries ultra crisp, after chopping pat dry with a kitchen towel. Toss in oil and then put in the airfryer. Once golden brown, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and further air fry them for 5 to 7 minutes more. No need to coat the potatoes with cornflour. You may skip sweet chilli sauce and increase honey. Though honey is also optional.
