Ingredients For Instant Mango Dahi Vada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Trim the sides of the bread into squares.
  • 2. Soak the trimmed bread slices in water. Squeeze water from the bread and keep aside.
  • 3. Cut the mango and divide into two parts. Cut half mango into pieces and make puree of the other half.
  • 4. Fill the bread slices with mango pieces.
  • 5. In another bowl, take curd and mix with mango puree. Add salt, black pepper powder and chat masala to it.
  • 6. Mix well and spread the curd mixture over the vadas.
  • 7. Top it with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  • 8. Garnish with pomegranate. Enjoy!!
