1.
First of all, mix curd and salt in semolina and make a thick batter and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Now add baking soda and little hot water in it and mix well.

Now put half the chopped vegetables in it and we will take half from the top.
4.
Now heat the tawa and pour 1 tsp of oil on it and pour 1 big poon of the prepared batter on it, then put the chopped vegetables on top and cook it for 5 minutes by covering it.
5.
Now slowly flip the uttapam and Cook for 2 minutes.
6.
Instant mini semolina uttapam is ready, serve hot with Tomato souce.
