Methods
  • 1. First of all, mix curd and salt in semolina and make a thick batter and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Now add baking soda and little hot water in it and mix well.
  • 3. Now put half the chopped vegetables in it and we will take half from the top.
  • 4. Now heat the tawa and pour 1 tsp of oil on it and pour 1 big poon of the prepared batter on it, then put the chopped vegetables on top and cook it for 5 minutes by covering it.
  • 5. Now slowly flip the uttapam and Cook for 2 minutes.
  • 6. Instant mini semolina uttapam is ready, serve hot with Tomato souce.
