Ingredients For Irani samosa recipe

Methods
  • 1. First combine chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and chilli powder in a bowl.
  • 2. Add poha powder and salt. Mix well and keep aside the filling.
  • 3. Now mix cornflour with water and make a smooth paste.
  • 4. Take a samosa patti sheet and apply paste on the edges.
  • 5. Keep folding the edges and form a triangle.
  • 6. Place 2 tbsp of filling and seal the edges.
  • 7. Heat oil for deep frying. Fry the samosas till crispy and golden brown.
  • 8. Drain excess oil. Irani samosas are ready to be served. Enjoy!!
