Methods
  • 1. First take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add jackfruit seeds dry roast it well. Then switch off the flame. Take it in a plate. Let's cool it. Remove peel. Cut it in half. Take the boiler, add jackfruit seeds, water boil it in 15 minutes. Then switch off the flame. Strain the water. Keep aside.
  • 2. Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add redchillies, coriander seeds, fry it well. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool it. Take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Masala ready. Keep aside.
  • 3. After add ginger, garlic cloves, in a jar, grind it becomes paste. Keep aside. Ginger garlic paste ready.
  • 4. After add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, take it in a jar, grind it becomes paste. Onion tomato paste ready. Keep aside.
  • 5. After take the pan, heat the pan in medium flame, add oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, fry it well and saute it well. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it well. Then add onion tomato paste, turmeric, salt, fry it well. Stir 5 minutes. Then add masala, boiled jackfruit seeds, mix it well.
  • 6. Then add sufficient water, coriander leaves, cook 5 minutes. Serve it with rice, chapati and poori. So tasty. Enjoy.
