Ingredients For Jowar cheese Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly tack a bowl put curd, sugar and salt and whisk it.
  • 2. Now add jowar flour and suji mix well.
  • 3. Add some water and make a smooth better .in last add eno salt add 1tsp water on top
  • 4. Hot the Steamer .put better in Greased thali.. On top up sprinkle some red chili powder
  • 5. Steam for 10min ..after ten min check dhokla is cook or note. Remove it from steamer..
  • 6. Spread Grated cheese on dhokla.. Pour tdka on it.. Ready for serve healthey dhokla .thanku
