Ingredients For Kada Prashad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and add water and sugar. Put it on flame and let the sugar melt. We don't want to make a thick syrup. We just want the sugar to be dissolved.
  • 2. In other pan, add ghee and heat it. Now when the ghee is medium hot, add wheat flour. Roast it until golden brown.
  • 3. When the flour is roasted add the sugar syrup and cook for 5-7 minutes more.
  • 4. Serve hot.
