Ingredients For Kadi

Methods
  • 1. First take a empty bowl add the buttermilk, corn flour then mix it properly.
  • 2. Then add saltred chill powder, coriander powder, dried Turmeric Powder and mix it well.
  • 3. Then take a pan on medium flame then add oil in it. Heat oil for few seconds.
  • 4. Now add mustrad seeds, jeera, methi seeds in it then saute it well.
  • 5. Add red chili, green chili then saute it well and add potato in it. Cook till it get golden brown in color
  • 6. Now add buttermilk mix in it and cook till it get thick in consistency.
  • 7. Now add coriander leaves for garnish and serve hot.
