Ingredients For Khatta Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak dal and rice separate for 10 hours in sufficient water.
  • 2. Remove the water and grind it to an idli like batter using mixture grinder.
  • 3. Add curd and give it a nice stir. Cover it and keep aside for fermentation. For 8-10 hours.
  • 4. Mix salt, ginger garlic chilli paste and eno and mix it well.
  • 5. Pour it to a greased plate and steam it for fifteen minutes.
  • 6. Let itcool down a bit. Then cut it into pieces.
  • 7. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and pour it over prepared dhoklas.
  • 8. Serve along with green chutney..
