Do not use liquid dates molasses (nalen gur), use solid dates molasses (patali), it will not have chance of curdling milk.

  • 1. Wash the raw rice well and soak it in water for 8-9 hours.Grind raw rice after 8-9 hours. Now mix rice paste with enough water to make medium thick butter.
  • 2. Now put the clay pot on the stove and heat it well. When the clay pot is hot, the heat of the stove should be reduced to medium.Now brush mustard oil on the clay pot.Now cover the clay pot with 1 big spoonful of rice paste.When the cake(pitha) is cooked, take it down.
  • 3. Now boil milk and dates molasses (patali)in a pan.When the milk thickens, add the boiled cake and mix it and serve...
