Sabse phele anjir ko chote tukdo mai cut kar lijye.fir isko mixer jar mai add kare or sath mai 1 tsp ghee add kare or isko crush kar le.

Ab khajoor (dates ) ko bhi chote tukdo mai cut kare or inko bhi mixer jar mai add kare or ek chamch ghee add karke isko bhi crush kar le.Ab kaju ,badam or pista ke bhi chote tukde kar le.

Ab ek nonstick mai ghee garam kare or isme sare dryfruit ko golden ho tab Tak fry kar le.

Ab usi bache hue ghee mai anjir ka pest or khjoor (dates) ka pest add kare or isko jab tak vo nonstick se alag ghume lage tab Tak isko pakaye.fir isme melon seeds, chironji or khaskhas ko add kare . Or fir is misran ko 3 se 4 minit dhimi aach par pakaye. Last mai isme fryed dryfruit and elachi powder add kare or sab mix kijye. Ab isko bhi 1 minit ke liye paka lijye
5.
Fir isko ghee lagi ek plat mai thanda hone ke liye rakhe. Fir 5 se 7 minit baad isko ek baar masal kar gole jaisa bana le. Fir isme se thoda sa misran le kar isko puri ka shape de dijye . Aise hi sabhi puri tyari kar lijye. To ready hai. Khajoor anjir puri.
