To make Khoya/. Mawa, Firstl take one pan add the ghee and milk mix it well, once milk boil it then add the milk powder mix well on low medium flameStire continuously till mixture get thickness and leaves surface ,mawa are ready

To make sugar syrup ,Take one vessel add the water and sugar mix it well, cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring continusly then add the cardamom powder and lemon juice mix it well

Take one vessel add the maida, mawa, baking soda ,warm milk mix it well , knead soft dough

Take small ball sized dough from dough and make ballMake sure there are no cracks on balls ,
5.
Heat the oil on medium flame gas and fry the balls on low flame stirring in continuously Fry till the balls the golden brown Place the hot gulab jamuna into the warm sugar syrup and cover the lid and rest for 2 hours
