Ingredients For Khoya Suji Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put kadai on medium flame add 1 spoon ghee.add suji and mix it till suji get golden.
  • 2. Continuously mix it so suji won't get burned. Now sift suji in plate.
  • 3. In same kadai add 2 spoon ghee. Get it warm on medium flame. Add milk and let it boil.
  • 4. Continuously stir it till it gets nicely boiled now add cardamom powder and sugar mix it well boil for next 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Add food colour and mix it. Now add suji slowly slowly and mix it finely so it won't make lumps.
  • 6. Mix it for 10 seconds now add khoya and mix it till get combined with halwa. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add chopped dryfruits and mix it well.
  • 7. Get off from flame. Shift into serving plate garnish with some dryfruits and serve hot with puri or paratha or you can eat just halwa.
