Ingredients For Kodo Millet Egg Biryani Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan on medium flame. Add whole garam masala and sauté till it splutters.
  • 2. Add sliced onion and sauté till it turns golden.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and sauté till raw smell disappears.
  • 4. Add tomatoes and cook till it turns soft. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  • 5. Add one whisked egg and mix well for a minute till egg gets cooked.
  • 6. Add boiled kodo millet and toss well with egg mixture. Cook for a minute and remove from the flame.
  • 7. Place 2 boiled eggs over biryani. Garnish with fried onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
