1.
Take the chicken breast and cut into cubes.Add 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce ,1/2 tablespoon chili sauce,1 teaspoon black pepper powder ,1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste .Mix well. Now add 2tablespoons corn starch and mix well

In a bowl ,take 1table spoon Hoisin sauce,1/2 tablespoon chili sauce ,1&1/2 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon sugar,1 tablespoon sesame oil and mix well

Take 1pan, add 1 tablespoon oil-medium heat. add peanuts. roasted till golden brown. Remove and set aside. Add 2 tablespoons oil-Med-High Heat. Add chicken and cook 2-3 min each side. Remove and set aside.

Now add minced ginger and garlic stir-fry 1min.Add dry red chilies stir-fry 2 mins .add capsicums ( cut into square) stir-fry 1min.add salt to test. Mix well. Add chicken stir-fry 1min .Add sauce mixture and vinegar. Mix well. Stir-fry 3 minutes, add peanuts mix well. stir-fry 2min.
