momoz ka aata thoda thoda pani daal hi guthe, filling apni pasand ke anusaar koi bhi le sakte hai jaise ki panner ki filling gobhi ki filling, chicken ki filling etc. chutney bhi apni pasand ke anusaar le sakte hai jaise ki tamatar ar lehsun ki chtuney, Mayonnise, Sesame chtuney, Seasame and mayonnise mix chutney, Red chillies ki chautney, Red Chillies and sesame mix chutney, tamatar and maiyonnise mix chutney.

Methods
  • 1. For Making Filling:- Gas on kr ke us par kadhaai rakhe aur jub kadhaai garam ho jaye to usmai 3 tablespoon oil daal kr oil ko garam kare.
  • 2. Ab garam oil mai barik kata hua payaaz, Adrak ar lehsun ko daal kr 1-2 minute ke liye bhune.
  • 3. Masala bhun jane par ismai namak, Lal Mirch powder, Dhaniyaa powder, Garam masala powder mia kr masale ko acchi tarah se chalate hue ½ minute tak bhune.
  • 4. Ab is bhune hue masale mai Beans, Gobhi, soyachunks mila kr masale ko acchi tarah se bhunenge.
  • 5. Masala acchi tarah se bhun jane par gas ka flame off karenge or mixture ko thanda hone denge.
  • 6. For Making Dough:- Sabse pahele ek parat mai Maida ko lenge or usmai namak milayenge.
  • 7. Uske baad Halka- Halka pani dalte hue normal aata lagayenge. Aata Rotiyoo ke jaisa hona chahiye.
  • 8. Aata banane ke baad usko cover kr ke rakh denge 20 minutes tak rest krne ke liye.
  • 9. For Chtuney. Sabse pahele gas on karenge or uske upar kadhaai rakhenge.
  • 10. Jub kadhaai garam ho jaye to usmai 4 table spoon oil daal kr garam karenge.
  • 11. Oil garam hone par usmai roughly chopped kiya hua payaaz, Adrak, Lehsun mila kr halka sa bhun lenge.
  • 12. Masale ke bhun jane par ab usmai sesame seeds, Tamatar ar sukhi laal mirch daal kr masale ko acchi se tarah se oil mai flavour aane tak bhun lenege.
  • 13. Is bhune hue masale mai namak daal kr ½ minute ke liye bhun lenge aur phir flame off kar denge.
  • 14. Ab is masale ko thanda hone denge. Masale ko thanda hone par miuxture jar mai kar leneg ar is ka ek smooth paste bana kar tayaar karenge.
  • 15. For Making momos:- Sabse pahele aate ko dubara se acche se masal kar tayaar karenge.
  • 16. Aab iss aate se chot choti loyiaan bna kr tayaar kr lenge ar in loyioon se ab patli roti bana kr tayaar karenge.
  • 17. Ab is roti ke beech mai momos ki filling rakh kr charo taraf se seal kr leneg acche se. Issi tarah se baki ke momoz bhi bana kr tayaar kar lenge.
  • 18. Ab ek bowl mai 3 tablespoon maida , garam masala, dhaniyaa powder, salt ar kashmiri lal mirch powder daal kr acche se mix karenge, and thoda thoda pani pani daal kar ek patle sa batter bana kar tayaar karenge. Aur ek alag bowl mai corn flakes le kar unko haath se crush kar ke rakh lenge.
  • 19. Ab momoz ko ek ek karke batter mai dip karenge and then phir cornflakes mai lapetenge. Isi tarah se sare momoz ko maida ke ghol mai ar corn flakes mai lapet kr tayaar kar lenege.
  • 20. Ab momoz ko ek ek karke batter mai dip karenge and then phir cornflakes mai lapetenge. Isi tarah se sare momoz ko maida ke ghol mai ar corn flakes mai lapet kr tayaar kar lenege.
  • 21. Ar Garam Garam momoz ko Sesame ctuney ke saath serve karenge.
