How to make Kuttu atta tacos...bideshi me desi tardka Recipe
1.
Mix oil and salt in atta knead a hard dough.
2.
Kuttu atta is difficult to roll so take plastic sheet and flatten with hand thin chapti I microwave chapati for 30 seconds.
3.
Heat non stick tawa and twist chapati from both sides fold the chapati with the help of rolling pin when chapati hot
4.
You can bake it also, Stuffing Heat oil in a pan add zeera.
5.
When zeera cracked add all the dry masala fry for just Add all the vegetables and paneer
6.
Mix it and cook for f2-3mintues by covering it.
7.
Assemble Fill this stuffing in tacos with the help of spoon. Fill all the tacos decorate with crumbled paneer,grated coconut and coriander leaves. Serve with dhaniya .dahi chutney.
