Ingredients For Lauki halwa cups in pista mousse recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a kadai, heat ghee, put gratted lauki.
  • 2. Saute and cook till it's water gets dries
  • 3. Now, add condensed milk add cook till it becomes thick n leaves kadai.
  • 4. Add elachi powder. Lauki halwa is ready.
  • 5. Now heat milk in a pan, add corn flour, when it becomes bit thick, add 2 tablespoon of sugar, mix.
  • 6. Finally switch off the flame,put pista essence, green colour.
  • 7. Mix, pista mousse is ready.
  • 8. Now take lauki peeled half, boil in sugar syrup ( 1/2 bowl of sugar boiled in water)till lauki becomes soft.
  • 9. Also add green food colour.
  • 10. Now fill this lauki ring with lauki halwa .
  • 11. Now take a serving plate, put the mousse n put the lauki ring over mousse , garnish it with cherry n serve.
