Ingredients For Leftover moong Dal kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add salt ajwain and 2 tsp oil in wheat flour and make a dough with the help of water.
  • 2. Take a strainer and strain the water of leftover moong dal.
  • 3. Stuffing - add oil in the pan and cook jeera and chilli. Now add strained leftover moong. Dal paste and besan and cook 5 minutes.
  • 4. Now add salt, green coriander in Stuffing.
  • 5. Now dough is ready make a balls and roll in mini chapati.
  • 6. Put stuffing in mini chapati and cover it.
  • 7. Now fry this kachori in deep fry oil.
