Ingredients For Leftover Rice Dahi Valle Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the bread in water and quickly squeeze the water from it.
  • 2. Now in a mixing jar, add leftover cooked rice, breads ,green chilli and salt. Don't add water and make a paste of it.
  • 3. Apply oil on your palm and make small balls from the paste.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vada in medium flame till it turns crispy.
  • 5. Blend the curd with salt, sugar and cumin powder.
  • 6. Take a plate.Place the vada on it and pour the curd mixture and dhaniya pudina chutney over it.
  • 7. Just before serving, add tamarind chutney, tomato sauce, red chilli powder, cumin powder , black salt and sev.
  • 8. Enjoy it chilled.
