Leftover Rice Ice Cream Recipe

I believe on that theory that not to waste food.We the housewives can found everyday some leftover dishes in our fridge.We can simple eat that as next meal, but that is not interesting.Isn't it?.So I always try to make some interesting dishes with leftovers.This time I have made leftover rice ice cream & that is really a successful try.

Ingredients For Leftover Rice Ice Cream Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing jar.Add cooked rice,milk,salt,sugar,vanilla essence & make a smooth paste of it.If the paste is too thick then add 2 to 3 tspn more milk.Mind it milk should be chilled.
  • 2. Take fresh cream & milkmaid in another bowl & beat it well with the help of a hand beater.
  • 3. Now mix the rice mixture with cream mixture.Mix it well & transfer on to a airtight container with tight lid.
  • 4. Deep fridge it for 2 hours & then take out from fridge & once again whip up with a beater.
  • 5. Place back the container in freezer & deep fridge it for 6 to 7 hours.
  • 6. After 6 to 7 hours ice cream is ready .Decorate it with chocolate chips or sprinkles.Enjoy it!!!!
