How to make Leftovers Cooked Vermicelli Cutlets Recipe

In a grinder, add cooked vermicelli and grind to make a paste.

Heat 1tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seed . While crackling, add ginger- green chili and onion. Saute till onion gets softened.
3.
Add grinded vermicelli. Mix with onion properly. Add salt, red chilly powder and garam masala powder. Cook for a minute on medium flame and remove from heat.
4.
Add bread crumbs and mix With hands or spoon. Make cutlets. Spread poppy seeds in a plate. Coat all the cutlets with poppy seeds.
5.
Heat oil in a pan and fry prepared cutlets on medium flame. Fry till they turn golden brown in colour. Remove from oil and serve hot with tomato sauce.
