Ingredients For Less Oil Soya Chunk Wrap Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, boil the soya chunk in hot water for 5 minutes.Then squeeze it & drain out the excess water from it.Keep aside.
  • 2. Heat 1tspn oil in a pan, add 2 green chilli, chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  • 3. Add tomato puree, salt & all spices.Let it cook for few minutes.
  • 4. Then add boiled soya chunk & little water.Cover it & let it cook for few more minutes.
  • 5. Make almost dry mixture of it.
  • 6. For wrap, make a batter of wheat, semolina, 1tspn cumin-coriander powder, salt & milk.Make a thin batter of it.
  • 7. I have used coconut milk for better taste.Any milk can be used.
  • 8. Brush oil in a hot pan, pour & spread the batter evenly into a circular motion.
  • 9. When it is cooked well, put some soya mixture in the centre of the wrap & fold it well.
  • 10. A healthy tiffin is ready to serve.
